Operation Manager – CDQA Team

Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for maintaining TAT, and SLA’ s of clients thus ensuring 100% performance
• Responsible for creating strategies for CDQA campaigns
• Day to day Team Management including shrinkage and attrition • Coordination with inter-dept managers for projects / campaigns • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with highest efficiency and quality
• Improve team productivity by coaching, mentoring and training
• Meet monthly goals and KPIs for self and for team
• Create, maintain and publish productivity and related reports

Candidate should have
• 5 to 6 years in experience in managing CDQA campaigns
• Should have 3 to 4 years’ experience in handling the team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with highest efficiency and quality
• Good knowledge of EXCEL Reporting
