Sales Development Manager

Job Responsibilities
· Phone and email interactions with customers in order to build relationships, provides customer service, and finds, develops & ultimately closes opportunities in order to grow sales within the territory
· Works effectively on a collaborative team to develop, implement, and evaluate sales plans for innovative products and services
· Manages a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities and activities through the company’s Customer Resource Management (CRM) tool
. Daily data entry of contacts and emails will be expected through this online tool
· Coordinates with marketing and operations in corporate offices to determine and develop strategies for closing opportunities within the rep’s accounts
· You will report directly to the Co-Founder/CSO
· Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company business strategy

You are suitable for this role, if
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
· Should be internet savvy, and love reading and learning about technology and IT Industry
· Willing to work in night shift
· College graduate in any discipline, preferably in Engineering, Computer Application, Business Administration or Marketing
· Enthusiastic to be part of a growing company, want to make career in IT sales
· Should have experience in B2B International Market for Accounts handling
