Sr. Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring Sr. Operation Manager with 8 to 10 years of overall experience in B2B/ITeS Industry, you may have
worked with IT/Technology Company or have worked with B2B lead generation company in the capacity of
Manager or above where you were managing team of Sales Operations / Inside Sales / Demand Generation /
Appointment Generation / Lead Generation.
This position reports to the Head of Global Operations at UnboundB2B, as Operation manager you will be
responsible for overall client relationship development, program/campaign delivery and driving C-sat on each
of the client account you are managing or is within your business unit. You will also be responsible for managing
end to end employee life cycle within your business unit from hiring, training, attrition, driving performance,
driving self & team KPIs, meeting monthly & quarterly goals in terms of delivery as well as revenue.

Job Description:
• Team Management – Lead by example in a team of up to 100 employees from beginners to experienced
BDE and Team Leads
• The continuous identification implementation of operational best practice through interaction with
the wider team
• Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level
• Responsible for the Operations lead of a team and for the delivery of the overall operational metrics
& sales targets.
• Client Management – Drive new customer onboarding, review meetings, managing escalations & C-Sat.
• Reporting – Analyse and report on daily, weekly, monthly basis on Client SOWs, employee KPIs, other
internal & external company given goals & objective
• Shrinkage & Attrition Management – Keep work demand and supply balance at all times, ensuring
availability of resources to each client within timelines
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management,
promotions and separation
• Hiring & Training – Collaborate inter-department and take ownership of Hiring & Training for your
Business Unit.

Candidate Profile:
• Good at data analysis, solving operational challenges and be able to communicate with higher up &
client representative in a matured manner
• Understand business requirements and provide/drive solutions from time to time
• Good at people management, be a coach, mentor to team members and colleagues
• Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Excellent at MS Office Presentations & Excel
• Experienced in leading a team of 50-100 BDE (or equivalent) in a reputed organization
• Has proven track of success in ITeS environment and be able to provide relevant references
• Open to work in 24×7 business environment and open to work in night shifts
