    WordPress Developer

    Brief:

    Unboundb2b is looking for a techy who is also passionate about web development and design with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. You should have programming skills such as PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, MySql, and jQuery.

    Roles and Responisbilities:

    • Analysing the project requirement and Critical reasoning and decision-making skills.
    • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
    • >Develop web applications using WordPress, Core PHP, and customization to the requirement.
    • Responsible for delivery on time. Coordination with Account/Project Manager.

    Requirements and skills:

    • Experience with WordPress themes, Widgets, and Plugin customizing and developing new WordPress themes, Plugin modification/development, and widgets development.
    • Strong understanding and hands-on in HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery/Prototype, and AJAX.
    • Develop high-performance, highly scalable, custom development and/or plugin development for WordPress sites.
    • Experience with parent themes, caching systems (WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc.), and Yoast SEO.
    • Strong PHP background to implement core WP functions, template tags & hooks in the theme.
    • Very strong understanding of database technologies and SQL Optimization.

As Advisor the candidate would be responsible for setting appointment and work closely with the Campaign Manager to achieve C-SAT.

    Roles and Responisbilities:

    • Make Sales Pitch Calls to prospective customers with aim of Appointment Setting and generating new business opportunities.
    • Connect with at least LinkedIn Prospects.
    • Identify, qualify and generate leads in defined territory (international market).
    • Creating, maintaining a list/database of prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal and client facing teams.

    • Oversee data health and compliance with regional data privacy laws as well as manage data and automation practices to adhere to GDPR.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
    • Proven experience working on Email Marketing tools (ActiveCampaign, Sendgrid, Sendinblue, Benchmark, Mailchimp, etc.)
    • Should have experience in any of the marketing automation systems (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot etc.).
    • 4+ years in B2B marketing, experience in the enterprise software market is ideal.
    • Experience with customer relationship management platforms, Salesforce.com preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
